1. Service Description

Turiloop is a unified AI model API proxy platform that provides proxy access to the APIs of multiple large language model providers (including but not limited to DeepSeek, Zhipu GLM, Moonshot Kimi, MiniMax, and Alibaba Tongyi). Users obtain an API key through the platform and call various models through an OpenAI SDK-compatible interface. Core features include model routing and load balancing, key management, balance-based billing, usage logs, and a model catalog.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction, to use the service. The platform supports open registration via email or third-party accounts. The email address and identity information provided at registration must be accurate and valid. One account per person; transferring or lending your account to a third party is prohibited.

3. Account & Key Security

You are responsible for safeguarding your account password and API keys. API keys created in the console can be used for OpenAI SDK-compatible API calls. You are solely responsible for all API usage and charges resulting from key leakage (including but not limited to publicly committing a key to a code repository, sending it over instant messaging, or embedding it in client-side code). If you discover that a key has leaked, immediately delete it in the console and generate a new one.

4. Usage Restrictions

When using the service, you must not: (1) violate applicable laws or regulations in your region; (2) generate or distribute illegal, infringing, obscene, fraudulent, or harmful content; (3) attempt to bypass the platform's rate limits, balance limits, or security mechanisms; (4) perform unauthorized penetration testing, reverse engineering, or security scanning of the platform; (5) resell API keys or provide them to unauthorized third parties; (6) use automated tools to mass-register accounts or abuse invite codes; (7) interfere with normal platform operation or other users' use. If you violate these rules, we may immediately suspend or terminate the relevant account, with no refund of the account balance.

5. Balance & Settlement

The platform uses a prepaid balance model; when your balance is insufficient, API calls stop automatically and no debt is incurred. Top-ups are self-service online (see the Billing page for details). Large requests may first hold a balance at an estimated ceiling; after the request completes, charges are settled by actual usage (including input tokens, output tokens, and cache hits), and any excess hold is automatically refunded. The final bill is determined by Turiloop's system records.

6. Intellectual Property

The platform's interface design, code, documentation, trademarks, and brand elements belong to Turiloop. Intellectual property in content generated by models via API calls is governed by the respective model provider's terms of use. Intellectual property in the prompts you send belongs to you, but you must ensure your content does not infringe third-party intellectual property.

7. Changes & Termination

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate part or all of the service at any time, including but not limited to adjusting the list of supported models, changing pricing, or updating the API. We will give advance notice of material changes via platform announcements or your registered email. We may terminate an account for violation of these terms, prolonged inactivity, or other reasonable causes.

8. Disclaimer

The service is provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranties. The availability, performance, and output quality of upstream models are controlled by the respective model providers, and we make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of model outputs. You should keep retry, fallback, and fault-tolerance strategies on your side. We are not liable for service interruptions or data loss caused by network outages, upstream failures, force majeure, or similar causes. Availability targets and service-credit arrangements for the platform's own gateway and routing layer are described in the Service Level Agreement (SLA).

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Turiloop's total liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total service fees you actually paid in the 12 months preceding the dispute. We are not liable for any indirect loss, loss of profit, data loss, or business interruption.

10. Dispute Resolution

Disputes arising from these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to a court of competent jurisdiction in Turiloop's location for litigation.
