1. Applicable Law

Turiloop operates in compliance with the relevant laws and regulations of the People's Republic of China, including but not limited to the Cybersecurity Law, the Data Security Law, the Personal Information Protection Law, and the Interim Measures for the Management of Generative AI Services. Users must also comply with the applicable laws of their own region when using the service.

2. Account Activation

The platform supports open registration: users may sign up with an email address or a third-party account. Registering constitutes acceptance of these Terms and the Privacy Policy. The platform reserves the right to adjust its registration policy.

3. Content Moderation

Users are responsible for the content they send and receive through the platform's API. Using the platform to generate or distribute the following is prohibited: content that violates laws or regulations; content that infringes others' intellectual property or privacy; content that incites violence or discrimination; and false or fraudulent content. Upstream model providers may have their own content-safety filtering. If we find violations, we will take measures such as warnings, rate limiting, suspension, or account termination depending on the severity.

4. Data Processing & Cross-border Transfer

User data is stored on cloud servers located within China. API calls transmit request content to the infrastructure of the model provider you select for processing (all currently listed models are served by providers within China). Using the platform means you are aware of and consent to this processing; if overseas providers are listed in the future, they will be clearly labeled in the model catalog.

5. Logging & Auditing

The platform retains API call metadata (excluding request and response bodies), balance history, and admin operation records for billing, reconciliation, troubleshooting, and security auditing. Operations staff access this data only when necessary (such as user complaints, anomaly detection, or security incident investigation) and are bound by internal data-access rules.

6. Reporting Mechanism

If you find violations on the platform or improper use by other users, you can report it at support@turiloop.com. Please describe the specific situation and provide supporting evidence; we will handle and respond within 5 business days.

7. Site Filing

For domestic (China) domains, filing information is displayed according to the actual filing progress. If a domain does not need to display a domestic filing number, the corresponding information is hidden.
